SMS-iT currently provides 10 Communication Gateways: SMS-iT (Your Simcard), Plivo, SignalWire, Vonage, Bandwidth, Telnyx, Ytel, BulkGate, Ringcentral (including all its partners) and Twilio. We're expanding to include 20 additional gateways for a total of 30 global SMS providers.
Does your CRM include a power dialer feature?
Yes! SMS-iT includes a Smart Dialer in all plans, while the power and multi-line dialer with AI capabilities are available in our Business plan.
Which social media channels are compatible with Smart Inbox?
SMS-iT connects with: Chat Widget, iMessage, Google Voice, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Skype, Reddit, TikTok, Twitter, WhatsApp, Google My Business, WeChat, Slack, Discord, Twitch, Pinterest, Viber, YouTube, Weibo, Gmail, Email (SMTP), API, Telegram, and Line.
Compliance & Legal
Do you adhere to TCPA compliance and legal standards?
Absolutely. We uphold complete adherence to TCPA regulations and legal standards. Furthermore, we are registered with the campaign registry to ensure compliance.
Can your CRM be used for cold SMS marketing purposes?
Using our CRM for cold SMS marketing is prohibited, especially in the USA where it is illegal and can incur substantial fines, up to $1,500 USD per illegal cold SMS sent. For countries outside the USA, we strongly recommend verifying and adhering to local laws governing SMS activities to ensure compliance.
Is there a risk that the phone carrier will detect and suspend my number?
With SMS-iT, compliance is never a worry. Our platform is equipped with built-in features that automatically guarantee adherence to carrier policies and fair usage regulations. You can be confident that your messaging campaigns are consistently compliant and current.
Is it necessary for me to register A2P with your platform?
To utilize A2P (Application-to-Person) messaging, registration with your selected gateway provider is required. This registration procedure is conducted directly on the provider's website. If you're using your SIM card, it comes pre-registered with 10DLC, eliminating the necessity for a separate A2P registration process.
How does SMS-iT ensure data privacy and compliance?
SMS-iT is built with full compliance in mind, including GDPR, TCPA, and global data privacy standards, using encryption and blockchain for secure data management.

Does your platform offer a free trial?
Yes, we offer a free trial. You register, choose the plan you want, add your card to get started, and begin your free trial. This precautionary measure is in place to safeguard against fraud and misuse of our CRM system. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends, and you won't be charged.
Do you have an Affiliate Marketing Program?
Absolutely, we offer an Affiliate Marketing Program. With each referral, you'll receive commissions every month indefinitely, deposited directly into your bank account. Commission rates start at 30%.
Do you have a Reseller Program?
Yes, our Reseller Program enables you to distribute our advanced Agentic AI CRM solutions and create profitable revenue streams.
Can I White or Grey Label your platform?
Yes, you have the option to utilize our grey labeling feature. Our grey labeling feature offers full white labeling customization, with the only distinction being that you can incorporate both your own logo and ours.
How does your STR or credit system work?
STR or credits are utilized for text message segments and calls. Each social and text message segment you send and receive (approximately 160 characters) consumes 1 credit. Likewise, every 60 seconds spent on the phone consumes 1 credit. Our monthly paid plans provide unlimited credits, while Lifetime Deals allocate a specific number of credits for monthly use.
Can I have an unlimited number of SIM card and gateway slots?
Absolutely! You can have an unlimited number of SIM card and gateway slots in your CRM. However, if you wish to add additional slots beyond the included ones, there will be a charge of $10 USD per month for every 2 additional slots.
